blend and distribution

The Slurry/Chemical Blend and Distribution system is designed for blending, filtering and delivering a fluid. The Distribution Station contains an external tank to receive batches from the Blend Station after transfer through the Filter Station.

Mobile dispense tank

The mobile dispense tanks designed by DivInd for semiconductor fabrication come equipped with process controllers along with other control devices, including human-machine interfaces (HMI), inlet/outlet ports, PFA rated tanks, valves, and components/devices to ensure proper material handling. Accuracy and repeatability are maintained for precise control in processing materials.

Filtration

This custom filter station is intended to be used for single pass staged filtration (coarse-to-fine) of slurry. The two banks of filter housings in this filtration station contains pneumatic valves for an automatic slurry prime sequence, DI flush sequence, and N2 purge sequence.
